1. User Obligations

By using MagicPaper, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

Maintain the security of your account by protecting your password and restricting access to your account.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MagicPaper for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

Creating, posting, or sharing content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Using the application to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Interfering with or disrupting the security, integrity, or performance of the application.

3. User-Generated Content

MagicPaper allows users to create and share content. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share, and you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:

Content must be appropriate for children and not contain any offensive or inappropriate material.

You retain all rights to your content, subject to the license granted to us.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within MagicPaper, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Batuhan Demir and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.

5. AI-Generated Content

MagicPaper may utilize AI-generated content. While we strive for high-quality outputs, we do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated materials. Users are encouraged to review and modify any AI-generated content to ensure it meets their expectations and standards.

6. Billing and Cancellation Terms

MagicPaper is a free application. However, if in the future we introduce paid features, the following terms will apply:

Any subscription fees will be clearly stated, and you will have the option to accept or decline.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the transaction date. Refunds may be subject to certain conditions.

MagicPaper is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the application, the information, content, or materials included therein. Your use of the application is at your own risk.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Batuhan Demir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of MagicPaper, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to MagicPaper at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or us.

10. Governing Law
